A baseball player played for both teams in the same game

Baseball is quirky and weird. 

This is the kind of a story about a game earlier in the season between the blue jays and the Red Sox that was postponed mid-game due to the weather. 

But it's also about a player who was playing catcher for the blue jays in that game; and he was later traded to the Red Sox before the game resumed. 

So when they lined up to finish, he was playing for the "other team" and officially has stats for both teams.
